Education Innovation: Learning centered around student-generated theses

The Multi-Disciplinary Center at Zionsville High School, near Indianapolis, sounds like a really interesting place to be. According to the above article, students apply to be a part of the program for their senior year and are chosen mostly based on their maturity level. Selected students choose a thesis topic, and their coursework all relates somehow to researching it.
